Terms of service

Last updated September 21, 2026

1. Who we are

Standfield ("Standfield," "we," "us") runs an online marketplace that connects event organizers ("Organizers") with businesses that want to sponsor events ("Sponsors"). Standfield is not a party to sponsorship agreements between Organizers and Sponsors except where these Terms say so.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract, and you must give accurate information about yourself, your organization and your events. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Listings

Organizers must have the right to sell the sponsorship rights they list, and must describe attendance, audience and deliverables accurately, including how attendance was counted. We may review, edit for format, decline or remove any listing.

4. Deals and agreements

When an Organizer accepts an offer, both parties enter a sponsorship agreement on Standfield's standard terms plus any terms they agree to in writing on the platform. The Organizer is responsible for delivering what was agreed. The Sponsor is responsible for supplying creative on time and for making sure its content is lawful.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, and you agree to its terms. Sponsor funds are held and released to the Organizer when fulfillment is approved, or automatically 7 days after proof is submitted if the Sponsor takes no action. Standfield deducts its success fee from the payout. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. No off-platform payments

For deals that start on Standfield, you agree not to take payment outside the platform for 12 months after first contact, unless you pay the applicable success fee.

7. Cancellations, weather and disputes

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, undelivered amounts are refunded to the Sponsor. Disputes must be opened within 7 days of proof submission. Standfield may review the evidence and decide how held funds are released. That decision covers the held funds only and does not limit other legal rights.

8. Prohibited uses

No fraud, inflated numbers, illegal products, hateful content, or sponsorships that break the law or the venue's rules. Restricted categories (including alcohol, tobacco, vape, cannabis and gambling) can't sponsor youth events and must follow all applicable laws.

9. Content and trademarks

You keep ownership of your logos and content, and you grant Standfield and your deal counterparty a limited license to use them to perform and promote the deal.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Standfield is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Questions: use the contact form.
