What we collect

• Account information: name, email, organization, role, location.
• Listing and deal information: event details, packages, offers, agreements, fulfillment proof.
• Payment and tax information: collected and stored by our payment processor. We receive limited details, such as the last four digits and payout status. W-9 forms are stored encrypted.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser information, and cookies for login and analytics.

How we use it

To run the marketplace, verify users, process payments, prevent fraud, send service messages, produce fulfillment reports, and improve Standfield. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

What we share

With your deal counterparty (the details needed to perform the deal), with service providers (payment, hosting, email, analytics) under contract, and when required by law. We don't sell personal information.

Children

Standfield accounts are for adults. Youth events are listed and managed by adult organizers. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security and retention

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers. We keep deal records for as long as needed for tax, legal and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your account information by contacting us. Some records must be kept for legal reasons.
