Any event with a real audience: school and amateur sports, youth tournaments, concerts and music series, festivals, runs and rides, esports and hackathons, arts and comedy, fairs, rodeos and car shows. Private events without a public or member audience aren't a fit.

There's no minimum. A 300-person concert series can still sell a $250 community tier to the coffee shop next door. Price it honestly and it will make sense to someone.

After you upload proof for each deliverable and the sponsor approves it, or 7 days after upload if the sponsor doesn't respond. Payouts go to your verified bank account through our payment partner.

Yes. Agreements can release a deposit (up to 30%) when creative is approved, with the rest on fulfillment.

Most venues and many sponsors require event liability insurance, and some sponsors ask to be named as additional insured. Standfield stores your certificate so you only upload it once.

Verified listings have passed identity, payout and event checks. And because your payment is held until proof is approved, you're protected even if something goes wrong.

Yes. Every package can take a counteroffer: different deliverables, a lower price for a multi-event commitment, exclusivity, or in-kind product in place of part of the cash.

Every agreement includes weather and cancellation terms. The default is a make-good at a rescheduled date, or a refund of undelivered items if there's no reschedule.

Usually as a business marketing expense, but that depends on your situation. Standfield doesn't give tax advice, so check with your accountant. Nonprofits have their own rules about what they can say about sponsors (see the playbook).
